Booth Lease: Lash Artist
Location: Keeping It Cute Salon & Spa, 144 E Oak St, Juneau, WI
Type: Independent booth or private suite lease (you run your own business; this is not an employee position)
Run your own lash and brow business in a cute, clean salon rated 4.9 stars on Google, with 580+ clients booked since 2023.
What you get:
- Your own lash space, or a private room with the Full Suite
- Wi-Fi, utilities and trash removal included
- Shared reception and waiting area
- Your own booking page on keepingitcute.net
- New-client inquiries for your service sent to you for your first 90 days (Premium Booth and Full Suite)
You decide:
- Your own schedule, prices, products and clients
- How you book and get paid. You keep 100% of your service income and tips.
Rent: Starter Booth $250/month, Premium Booth $450/month, Full Suite $650/month. Half rent for your first 2 months.
What you need:
- A current Wisconsin cosmetologist or aesthetician license
- Your own Wisconsin establishment license for the booth
- Professional liability insurance

Requirements
Lash Technician Requirements:
Lash Extension Certification: All applicants should hold a valid certification in lash extension application to demonstrate their expertise and professionalism.
Skill Proficiency: Candidates must be highly skilled or be willing to take on classes in the art of lash extensions, including various styles and application techniques.
Hygiene and Sanitation: Adherence to strict hygiene and sanitation standards is critical to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Attention to Detail: Lash technicians should have a keen eye for detail to create precise and customized lash designs.
Professionalism: Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor are necessary to provide a top-notch salon experience.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with lash extension products and their safe application is essential.
Strong Work Ethic: Candidates should exhibit a strong work ethic, be punctual, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Passion for Cosmetology: A genuine passion for cosmetology, beauty, and self-expression is vital.
Commitment to Excellence: A commitment to delivering high-quality lash extension services and maintaining a positive client experience is crucial.
Availability: Candidates must be available for the agreed-upon work schedule and willing to serve clients based on their appointment bookings.
Portfolio: Sharing a portfolio of past lash extension work or examples of different lash designs is encouraged.
