As a Lash Technician at Keeping It Cute Salon, your role will be to provide clients with high-quality lash extension services. You'll help clients achieve their desired look and enhance their natural beauty.
Responsibilities:
Perform various lash extension services, including application, fills, and removal.
Consult with clients to understand their desired lash style and provide personalized solutions.
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure client safety.
Recommend and sell lash care products for at-home maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service, create a comfortable atmosphere, and build strong client relationships.
Stay informed about the latest lash trends and techniques.
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Uphold the salon's values and culture of inclusivity and professionalism.
Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Contribute to the overall success of Keeping It Cute Salon.
