Booth Lease: Esthetician
Location: Keeping It Cute Salon & Spa, 144 E Oak St, Juneau, WI
Type: Independent booth or private suite lease (you run your own business; this is not an employee position)
Run your own skin care and facial business in a cute, clean salon rated 4.9 stars on Google, with 580+ clients booked since 2023.
What you get:
- A private treatment room for facials and skin care
- Wi-Fi, utilities and trash removal included
- Shared reception and waiting area
- Your own booking page on keepingitcute.net
- New-client inquiries for your service sent to you for your first 90 days (Premium Booth and Full Suite)
You decide:
- Your own schedule, prices, products and clients
- How you book and get paid. You keep 100% of your service income and tips.
Rent: Starter Booth $250/month, Premium Booth $450/month, Full Suite $650/month. Half rent for your first 2 months.
What you need:
- A current Wisconsin aesthetician or cosmetologist license
- Your own Wisconsin establishment license for the booth
- Professional liability insurance

Requirements
Esthetician Requirements:
Valid License: All applicants should possess a valid state esthetician license to showcase their expertise and professionalism.

Hygiene and Sanitation: Adherence to strict hygiene and sanitation standards is critical to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare products and their proper application is essential.
Professionalism: Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor are necessary to provide a top-notch salon experience.
Strong Work Ethic: Candidates should exhibit a strong work ethic, be punctual, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Passion for Cosmetology: A genuine passion for cosmetology, beauty, and self-expression is vital.
Commitment to Excellence: A commitment to delivering high-quality esthetician services and maintaining a positive client experience is crucial.
Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively with the salon team, support fellow professionals, and adapt to the salon's culture.
Availability: Candidates must be available for the agreed-upon work schedule and accommodate clients based on their appointments.
Portfolio: Sharing a portfolio of past work or examples of skincare treatments and results is encouraged.
