Booth Lease: Nail Technician
Location: Keeping It Cute Salon & Spa, 144 E Oak St, Juneau, WI
Type: Independent booth or private suite lease (you run your own business; this is not an employee position)
Run your own nail business in a cute, clean salon rated 4.9 stars on Google, with 580+ clients booked since 2023.
What you get:
- Your own nail station with chair, table and lighting
- Wi-Fi, utilities and trash removal included
- Shared reception and waiting area
- Your own booking page on keepingitcute.net
- New-client inquiries for your service sent to you for your first 90 days (Premium Booth and Full Suite)
You decide:
- Your own schedule, prices, products and clients
- How you book and get paid. You keep 100% of your service income and tips.
Rent: Starter Booth $250/month, Premium Booth $450/month, Full Suite $650/month. Half rent for your first 2 months.
What you need:
- A current Wisconsin manicurist or cosmetologist license
- Your own Wisconsin establishment license for the booth
- Professional liability insurance

Requirements
Nail Technician Requirements:
Valid License: All applicants must possess a valid state license as a Nail Technician, demonstrating their expertise and professionalism.
Skill Proficiency: Candidates should have a strong skill set in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and nail enhancements.
Hygiene and Sanitation: Adherence to strict hygiene and sanitation standards is essential to ensure client safety and well-being.
Creativity: The ability to create unique and artistic nail designs that meet clients' preferences is a plus.
Professionalism: Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor are necessary to provide a top-notch salon experience.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various nail care products, including non-toxic and eco-friendly options, is valued.
Strong Work Ethic: Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Passion for Cosmetology: A genuine passion for cosmetology, beauty, and self-expression is a must.
Commitment to Excellence: A commitment to delivering high-quality services and maintaining a positive client experience is vital.
Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively with the salon team and adapt to the salon's culture.
Availability: Candidates must be available for the agreed-upon work schedule and willing to serve clients based on their appointment bookings.
Portfolio: Sharing a portfolio of past work or examples of nail designs is encouraged.
