Job Description:
As a Stylist/Cosmetologist at Keeping It Cute Salon, you will be responsible for transforming clients' hair and appearance. You'll use your skills, creativity, and knowledge to provide an outstanding salon experience and help clients look and feel their best.
Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and other hair services.
Engage with clients to understand their style preferences and offer personalized hair solutions.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, products, and techniques.
Provide excellent customer service, create a welcoming environment, and build strong client relationships.
Promote and recommend retail hair care products for at-home maintenance.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation to ensure client safety.
Assist with salon upkeep and cleanliness.
Uphold the salon's values of inclusivity and professionalism.
Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Contribute to the overall success of Keeping It Cute Salon.
Qualifications:
Valid Cosmetologist license
Proficiency in various hair services and styling techniques
