Here are our policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellation: Clients can cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling: Clients have the flexibility to reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Early and Late Bookings: To maintain a balanced schedule, we encourage clients to avoid excessively early or late bookings. Policy Description: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Your cooperation ensures that we can serve you and others effectively. Waitlist: Clients have the option to join a waitlist for fully booked classes. In case of cancellations, waitlisted clients will be notified of available slots. Group Bookings: The maximum number of participants allowed per booking for classes is set to 1. Course Bookings: Clients can book a course even after it has started, allowing flexibility for those who join later.
