Rescheduling: Clients have the flexibility to reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Early and Late Bookings: To maintain a balanced schedule, we encourage clients to avoid excessively early or late bookings. Policy Description: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Your cooperation ensures that we can serve you and others effectively. Waitlist: Clients have the option to join a waitlist for fully booked classes. In case of cancellations, waitlisted clients will be notified of available slots. Group Bookings: The maximum number of participants allowed per booking for classes is set to 1. Course Bookings: Clients can book a course even after it has started, allowing flexibility for those who join later. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, as they help us provide the best service to all our valued clients.
